Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 16, 2026
This policy explains what data the TensorPier inference API and website collect and how we use it. TensorPier is operated by Coram AI Inc. ("we", "us").
- Prompts and outputs are not logged or stored. They exist only in memory while your request runs.
- We do not train on your data.
- Request metadata is kept for up to 31 days for security and operations.
- Data is processed in the United States (AWS, us-west-2).
1. Prompts, images and outputs
The content of your requests and our responses is processed only to answer the request. It is held in server and GPU memory while the request runs, and is not written to disk, logged or kept afterwards. To serve repeated prompt prefixes faster, the inference engine may keep parts of recent prompts in GPU memory for a short time; this memory is overwritten as new requests arrive and is never written to storage. We never use your content to train or improve models.
2. Request metadata
For each request our servers record the client IP address, the time, the HTTP method and path, the response status, the response size and the duration. We do not record request headers or bodies, so API keys and prompts never appear in these logs. We use this metadata to operate the Service, enforce rate limits, investigate abuse and fix problems, and we delete it after at most 31 days.
3. Usage metrics
We keep aggregate metrics, such as request counts, token counts, latency and error rates. They contain no prompts or outputs and are used for capacity planning and billing.
4. Requests through OpenRouter
When you use TensorPier through OpenRouter, OpenRouter sends us your requests. We receive the request content but not your OpenRouter account details. OpenRouter's own privacy policy covers the data it collects.
5. This website
tensorpier.ai uses no cookies, analytics or third-party trackers. Visits are recorded in the same request metadata logs described above.
6. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We use Amazon Web Services to host the Service. We disclose data only if the law requires it or to protect the Service and its users from abuse.
7. Security
All traffic is encrypted in transit with TLS. Access to our infrastructure and logs is limited to staff who need it to run the Service.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal data about you. Because we do not keep request content and keep metadata for at most 31 days, we usually hold little or no data that identifies you. To make a request, contact us.
9. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. We will post the new version here and change the date above.
