Terms of Service
Last updated: October 16, 2026
These terms govern your use of the TensorPier inference API and website (the "Service"), operated by Coram AI Inc. ("TensorPier", "we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to them. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you accept these terms for that organization.
1. The Service
TensorPier runs open-weight AI models on dedicated GPUs and serves them through an
OpenAI-compatible API at https://api.tensorpier.ai/v1. You can reach it through
OpenRouter or with an API key we issue to you. The models we offer, their prices and their
limits are listed on this website and in our model feed, and may change over time.
2. API keys
Keep your API keys secret. You are responsible for all use of your keys. Tell us at once if you think a key has been exposed; we may revoke and replace it.
3. Acceptable use
You must not use the Service to:
- break any law, or help someone else do so;
- create, store or share child sexual abuse material, or any content that sexualizes minors;
- harass, threaten or defraud anyone, or create malware or carry out cyberattacks;
- infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy rights;
- probe, attack or overload the Service, or get around its authentication, rate limits or other controls;
- make fully automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on people without appropriate human review.
You must also follow the license of each model you use, as published by its author.
4. Your content
You keep all rights to the prompts, images and other inputs you send and to the outputs the Service returns ("Content"). You give us permission to process Content only to provide the Service to you. We do not use Content to train models, and we do not store or log it; see our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having the rights to the Content you send.
5. Model outputs
AI models can produce output that is wrong, incomplete, offensive or similar to existing material. Evaluate outputs before you rely on them, especially for medical, legal, financial or safety decisions.
6. Fees
Usage is charged at the prices published for each model at the time of the request. When you use the Service through OpenRouter, OpenRouter bills you under its own terms.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We apply rate limits, and we may add, change or retire models. We announce retirements in our model feed ahead of time where we can.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, if your use puts the Service or others at risk, or if the law requires it. You may stop using the Service at any time.
9. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim about the Service will not exceed the fees you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.
11. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify us against third-party claims that arise from your Content or from your breach of these terms.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will post the new version here and change the date above. If you keep using the Service after a change takes effect, you accept the updated terms.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. The state and federal courts in Santa Clara County, California have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about the Service or these terms.
